In October 2019 Parallax Views, with the help of child sexual abuse survivor Nathan Forrest Winters and the ambitious young filmmaker Connar Frazier, published a haunting two-part podcast exposé of convicted Hollywood pedophile Victor Salva, the writer/director behind the popular movies as the Jeepers Creepers horror franchise & Disney's Powder.

In part one, we spoke to Nathan Forrest Winters, the former child actor who suffered abuse at the hands of Salva before and during the making of Salva's Francis Ford Coppola-backed debut feature Clownhouse, in a candid conversation about his harrowing experiences and his uplifting journey to survivorship. The interview has garnered much positive feedback wit one listener even admitting, "I was genuinely moved to tears a few times during this interview. Winters’ principled compassion is especially impressive and something we should all aspire to."

That conversation was then followed by further discussion on the case of Victor Salva and his disturbing filmography with filmmaker Connar Frazier, who sought to tell Nathan's story in the experimental documentary 7he 6oy. Connar provided his take not only on Nathan's story, but also the way in which Salva's films could be interpreted as relating to the convicted sex offender's pathologies. Additionally, Connar provided a brief audio testimony from Nathan's fellow child co-star in Clownhouse, Brian McHugh.

In addition, Parallax Views host J.G. Michael also appeared on Danny Anderson's The Sectarian Review and Aaron Franz's The Age of Transtions podcasts to discuss the case of Victor Salva, Nathan's story, and the documentary 7he 6oy prior to the publication of the aforementioned two-part exposé.
